Literally, We have busted out the soup! Mike and I have been craving soup and fall type dishes since about the end of july but we waited until Sept first to start them. There is just something about a fall dish that makes you all happy inside, even if the AC is blowing. Last night we had Mike's Meatball soup and it was perfect. So much so that I am having it in about an hour for lunch too! Next week will be chicken and dumplings. See not we aren't going all crazy but we are starting to switch our menu over slowly. Soups are one of my favorite things, especially into fall and certainly winter. You should post some recipes of your favorites.
Hope Mike does great in his last 2 semesters. I never thought we'd be here with a whole family and dad in school. Crazy! What were we thinking?!
