Sneek Peek Spring Weekend!

We had such a beautiful spring like weekend this past week and the Taggard Clan had to get out and enjoy the sun. We decided that after doing a bit of cleaning and shopping on saturday that we would head over to the zoo. The kids were really excited about seeing all the animals and Link wanted to bite a tiger so we headed out.

The first exhibit was the Lorakeets. The birds are very social and don't mind three crazy Taggard kids trying to catch them and keep forever.

Poor Beau had the job of preventing his little brother from hopping into every exhibit we visited. Although, I do believe that he could have been happy in the ape habitat.

Mike and Beau rode behind me and the little ones on the train. It was a lot of fun for all of us and so cool to see Link and Princess so excited about riding a Choo Choo Train.

We had to look at everything! Even the birds that are not even part of a habitat. The favs were the elephants, apes, giraffe, naked mole rat, lion and penguins.

I was not kidding about Link! Here he is trying to get to the bear! What am I going to do with that kid!

The weekend was a great weekend but it wasn't all fun and games, we lost several zoo pics when mike's brand new Iphone 3gs was stolen at lowes while we were buying a new dishwasher and Link became pretty sick and stayed that way until sunday night. Lucky for us mike still had his older Iphone 3g and Link did get better. He is still, however, still a bit upset that I did not let him bite that tiger.
